Welcome!

I am a Bioinformatisist currently working in the Pathology Department of the University of Michigan. I work as a post-doc in the research lab of Dr. Alexey Nesvizhskii. My current research focuses on Proteomics/Proteome Informatics. The specific topics I work on are:

  • Label-free protein quantitation (Spectral counting, MS1 quantitation)
  • Phospho-proteomics (Phospho-site localization)
  • Software development (TPP derived-tools, Proteomics database-management software)

I have an interest in Molecular Evolution and Genomics. I also enjoy developing software tools to facilitate research for non-bioinformatisists.

Here you can find a list of my publications, software packages, and curriculum vitae.
