I am a Bioinformatisist currently working for Matt Sampson at the Univeristy of Michigan. Research in his lab focuses on understanding the genetic basis/cause of Nephrotic Syndrome (NS).

Prior to this, I worked for Steven Kleinstein studying the human immune response to influenza. Before that I worked in the Pathology Department of the University of Michigan doing research in Proteomics/Proteome Informatics.

I have experience in data analysis of both genomic and proteomic data. But what I enjoy most is making bioinformatics accessible to biologists.

Here you can find a list of my publications, software packages, and curriculum vitae.
